Visitor's policy
At MCT we value the safety and comfort of our patients and visitors. Here is a comprehensive guidelines for a safe visit and comfortable atmosphere.
Visitation Limits
- ICU & NICU: Only 1 visitor per patient is allowed at any given time.
- Non-Critical Areas (Wards): A maximum of 3 visitors per patient is allowed at any given time.
Visitor Age Requirement
All visitors must be 18 years old and above to ensure the safety and well being of patients.
Health and Safety Protocols
All visitors are required to comply with health and safety measures, such as wearing masks, sanitizing hands, and undergoing screening for symptoms of illness.
Short Visits are Encouraged
To ensure every patient can receive visitors while maintaining comfort and safety, we kindly request that visits be kept brief.
Respect Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of other patients and staff by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during designated quiet hours.
Special Exceptions
If an exception to a visitor policy is required (e.g., for children, family members with special needs, or for end-of-life visits), please contact the nursing station for approval.
